How Orsus Gateway Works
The process begins once you, the ordering user, initiate an order. The candidate receives an invitation via email or text, containing a link to our secure portal where they input their information.
Step 1: Data Submission
In this initial step, candidates provide their personal details, educational background, and employment history. This information forms the foundation for various search types such as education and employment verifications.
Step 2: Document Review and Acknowledgement
Here, candidates review and sign important documents, including the disclosure, authorization, and Summary of FCRA Rights. This process ensures full compliance and candidate awareness.
Step 3: Health Screening Registration
Candidates register for their drug tests and occupational health screenings in this final step. Once completed, the ordering user receives an activation notice via email or text and the screening process begins immediately.
Tailored Candidate Follow-up
To keep the process on track, Orsus Gateway sends reminders on Days 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 if a candidate hasn't completed their portal. Candidates who have initiated but not completed the process also receive reminders to finish their submission. The portal expiration time can be customized to best suit your hiring schedule.
Transparent and Interactive Experience
Candidates can easily check their order status and access a copy of their report upon completion via Orsus Gateway. Our portal fosters a candidate-centric experience, prioritizing transparency and engagement.
For extra vigilance, Orsus Gateway offers an optional tracker feature. This flags any changes candidates make in the portal from what you initially entered, ensuring the accuracy of information.
